Live Status & Taxi Transfers

Leeds Castle is a Grade I listed historic estate located southeast of Maidstone, originally established as a Saxon manor in the 9th century. The fortress is uniquely situated on two islands within a natural lake formed by the River Len, surrounded by 500 acres of parkland and formal gardens. It served as a royal residence for six medieval queens and was later transformed into a Tudor palace by Henry VIII. The current architectural appearance primarily reflects 19th-century reconstructions and extensive 20th-century interior restorations commissioned by its last private owner, Lady Baillie. Its grounds include a unique dog collar museum and a yew maze.
